With all of these attractions on our doorstep, this does not compromise you having a peaceful nights sleep as we cater for families, couples and small groups only, and are located just far enough away from the late night clubs not to disturb you.

Phoenix Guest House is fully central heated with each room having tea/coffee facilities, t.v. and towels, iron, hairdryers on request.

 

There is a comfortable Guest Lounge available during the daytime and evenings, with its own t.v.

Our recently refurbished Rooms, sleeping 1 to 5 persons, now have the convenience of FULL EN-SUITE facilities.

Our Dining Room comfortably seats up to 20 people, and we are proud of our traditional, Full English Breakfast which satisfies our guests and sets them up for Blackpool's multitude of attractions and activities.

 

All of our room rates are based on Room Only for the convenience of our guests who would prefer to make their own arrangements, but for ONLY an additional £3.00 you can enjoy our cheap bed & breakfast rates….

Smoking is permitted within our bedrooms, and we make every effort to ensure this has only a minimal effect to our non-smoking guests.

For our guests safety we actively meet all current requirements for Health & Safety, Food & Hygiene and the Fire Service (including additional strobe lighting for the hard of hearing guests).

Phoenix Guest House, 12 Cocker Street, is located next to the site of the first recorded Boarding House (B&B) in Blackpool, set up by Edward Whiteside in 1735 on Fumblers Hill (now Cocker Square).

 

This had the advantage of a supply of water from a well, but fortunately we can now offer running water!
